Group Training

Group Training is a fun and motivating way to get into shape. You and your co-workers can commit to training twice a week for one hour. We come to your location and set-up. All you have to do is show up with your workout gear on. This is for family, friends, co-workers, and everyone who needs that little push to help them start living a healthier life.
